I love having the opportunity to work with so many unique individuals through my online coaching. People I wouldn’t have the opportunity to work with otherwise! Helping people achieve their goals from afar and learn how to stay ON TOP of their goals is a truly beautiful thing.
I started competitive Bodybuilding in 2018 and earned my IFBB Pro Status in 2021! I fell in love with posing after attending many sessions on my own- it was not always a strength of mine. The art of posing excites me as it does not come naturally. Helping others learn to pose well despite being new or not coordinated helps drive my Posing Coaching!
After doing my Pro Debut in May 2025, we will be taking some more time off to GROW and be truly competitive on the IFBB Stage. Looking forward for what’s to come!
